IVORY CLARK OF THE ORLANDO LIGHTNING OF THE ABL SIGNS CONTRACT WITH QUILMES, ARGENTINA

Updated Friday July 25, 2014 by American Basketball League.

Ivory Clark, outstanding player for the Orlando Lightning of the American Basketball League has finalized his contract with Quilomes in Argentina.  Ivory came to Orlando this summer to work on his game, play with the Lightning in the competitive ABL to sharpen his skills, acquire new skills, and do what it takes to earn a professional contract.  He has done just that!  Ivory’s stats speak for themselves; that along with is versatility has escalated his game and resulted in a well deserving professional contract.   This is what the ABL is all about.  Showcasing their players, filming every game for overseas scouts to evaluate, and playing FIBA rules ultimately will afford many more players of the ABL to go on and sign lucrative overseas contracts in the near future as well.

Coach Barry Mestel says that Ivory is extremely coachable and thirsty to escalate his game.

Ivory leaves for Argentina in Mid August.
